Internal parity error problem

Hello team. From beginning my new cpu 9600k make warnings in event viewer of windows 10 1803.

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Apic can be diferent ID: 0,2,6,10.

This warning is random about one per week, from nowhere appear. On stock or OC it is the same. I got about 10 warnings for last 2 months and one BSOD.

I do everything what I found on this forum about this error like System default settings, one memory ram test, Memory test about 12h, Aida64 FPU test about 2h, Prime test about 2h, install 3 different version of windows 10, using intel diagnostic test.... Not any errors while testing or crash BSOD. So random error in light load...

So, my system is stable if someone ask for volts, and it seams that culprit is CPU.

My question is, how hard is tracking this error, and if I RMA cpu how long will wait for answer? I read somewhere that service testing processors in special Intel testing socket and is it possible to detect that anomaly? Thank you in advance :)

I forgot to post my spec:

• Asus Maximus XI hero (latest bios)
• Kingston Predator 2 x 8gb 4000Mhz (samsung b-die)
• Samsung 860 evo
• Seasonic platinum 760w
• Asus strix 1070 ti

This computer I'm using for gaming, watching movies and browsing... I need to say that my card is pass haven benchmark, it is cool, no coil whine, not anomalies. Sometimes Im playing games about 8h without break, like latest Shadow of tomb raider on ultimate settings, and not any errors. So as I said before it is random error.

My only one crash I had was whea uncorectable error 0x124 on light gaming, some not demanding game Dragon quest latest edition. In that case error was not corrected and I got BSOD.

Thank you for your answer. Yes but when using Optimal defaults, my memory working on 2400 Mhz and 1.2 v, and cpu speed is like Intel default 46,45,44,44,43,43. Of course, if I run Prime and Aida no whea logger, but they appear random. I will continue to track this problem and post if I get some good results :)

I need to said that I had in my past about 10 intel processors and never had whea error when system unstable, in that case that was bsod watchdog and whea uncorrectable, but never had whea-logger correctable. I read somewhere that cpu can make that errors or cant make, and there is no something in the middle. That is why I'm scared :) And yes I will try to contact asus and see if they can help with bios, and continue to use system default settings.
