I would like to inform you that usually, the motherboard's manufacturers are the ones who provide the list of compatible components; however, the processors also have limitations and according to the information publicly available the Intel® Core™ i5-7200U Processor is capable to support DDR4 at 2133MHz, LPDDR3 at 1866MHz, and DDR3L at 1600MHz. You can confirm this information at the following link.
Please note that the laptop/desktop computer might work with other RAM frequencies but they are not supported and might affect the processor working lifetime.
