Is a CPU fan needed

I have ordered an ASUS ROG Stric Z 590-e mother board. I have also ordered an Intel 10th gen i9-10850 125w 3.6 ghz cpu.  Does the CPU come with a fan and grease? Do I have to order an extra CPU cooling fan. I plan on using this for graphics . Do I need another heat sink?

Can someone please advise

No, this processor does not come with a heatsink-fan unit. You need to purchase a cooling solution yourself. I recommend a liquid cooling unit for high-end 125W processors like this.
