Hi, I need to upgrade an ASUS n750jv laptop and one of the parts that should be changed is the CPU. So, can I upgrade to i7-4980HQ from i5-4200H? They are both Haswell in socket BGA1364.
P.S. I know that this is a BGA socket with soldered CPU, I have no problem with replacing them.

Only ASUS can answer that question. An upgrade processor must be socket, chipset, and BIOS compatible. The bios belongs to ASUS.
AND, the processor CANNOT be soldered to the motherboard. Yours is. So, no, you cannot upgrade:
