Is the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 offer over?

Hello,

I'm running into a bit of trouble when trying to redeem my copy of COD BO4 - the Master Key is successfully recognized and added but when i click "Master Key Unlocked" all i'm getting is a list of various other apps (Beatbros, Laser something, Grid Autosport, Nevermind, VirtualDJ) saying that i should choose one as a Thank You. COD BO4 isn't in this list and i've never redeemed it as when it did showed up in that list (prior to those showing up instead) and i tried to download it, i was getting was the "Will be restocked, check back soon" message.

 

Already contacted Support twice about it from that Software Offers page and while i received an onscreen confirmation that the ticket was created, no confirmation about it came via email (ticket number?).

 

My question to them and to you is this: Is the COD BO4 offer over and I'm supposed to settle for one of the titles mentioned above? I haven't downloaded any of them (mostly because i own them or i'm not quite interested in them) and wouldn't like to get a "Oh, but you chose one of the others instead" message about it.

Hello everyone, If your Gaming Bundle Master Key shows invalid, your PROMO CODE is temporarily unavailable, or if your code does not work for software titles, follow these steps for a new Master Key or new code for software titles: Is the Master Key entered correctly? Make sure there are no spaces before the first character of the Master Key. Are you using the correct URL for your Intel® Game Bundle or Intel® Software Starter Pack? This URL can be found on your Master Key printed voucher or in the Master Key delivery email. Are you using a supported website browser? Gaming Bundle Master Key or Specific Software Title Code supports Internet Explorer 10* and above, and the most recent versions of Google Chrome*, Safari*, and Firefox*. Clear the browser’s cache and cookies and make sure to turn on Javascript. If the issue persists visit https://softwareoffer.intel.com/Redeem and click on "Support" located at the bottom of the page. You may need to provide the proof of purchase (invoice) of the qualifying product and the screenshot of the error when support contacts you back. yup, i'm familiar with that screen and message - i was getting the exact thing the day before yesterday but yesterday it just switched to the "Please choose one of the following titles" screen i mentioned in my previous comment and the COD BO4 app isn't even there to select (and get to your download screen) anymore.
