Is the E3845's Core Temperature with DTS value limited at low temperature?

I still in trouble with E3845's core temterature sensor.

I know that the E3845's core temperature sensor is designed for measure exact temperature.

I got -9 ºC degree value under -20 ºC chamber temperature.

The DTS value is same when the chamber's temperature is -20 ºC or -30 ºC or -40 ºC.

But beyond -20 ºC, the DTS value increase lineary.

Does the E3845's core temperature sensor have low limitation?

The DTS are designed to measure the offset of the current temperature from the die's Maximum Junction temperature (Tjmax, the "zero" reading). The DTS accuracy and range varies from one processor generation to another. As a general rule, the further below Tjmax the current temperature actually is, the less accurate the reading will be (to true degrees Celsius).

Yes, I know the DTS are designed to measure the offset of the current temperature from the die's Maximum junction temperature.

But, above -20ºC, the DTS value show linear relationship with boad temperature.

(The Core temperature is about 10 ºC higher than board temperature that measured by other temperature IC )

So, I want to know why the limitaion should be -9ºC for core temperature.

I want some offitial reply from Intel about limitation on sensing temperature for low temperature with core temperature sensor.

I want some test results for the E3845 core temperature sensor to close this core sensor issue in my lab.

CPU Monitoring With DTS/PECI Site is not allowed for me due to security reason.

Anyway, I try to discuss this issue at embedded community that Intel suggested.
