I have an ASUS M32CD desktop running a I5-6400 LGA-1151 with integrated graphics. Is there a I5 or I7 processor I can upgrade to for the 1151 socket and integrated graphics that will run windows 11?

You will have to consult with asus  as to which processors are supported by their bios.   If any of them are 8th gen or greater, then you may be able to upgrade and run W11.

Here's what Kemoy L. First from ASUS product Support told me in an Email on April 17, 2024, "...we use customized motherboards which are not sold separately for our desktops sold complete like the M32CD and have limited support for upgrades ... we don't approve CPU upgrades for these desktops sold complete and will not be able to help if you have any problems while upgrading the CPU."

Obviously, this will be my last ASUS PC purchase.

You should be telling this to Asus.

I did.  I am just sharing the futility of my own personal attempt to reach out to ASUS' product support.

I wish there were some data I could provide.  Socket compatibility, as you know, is not enough.   If you have the time, resources, and do not mind risking damage to the board/processsor(s), you could "experiment".  But, remember that the processor may work, may not work, or may appear to work and could fail later.  And, you do risk damage to the board.
