Is there any reference Parts for Discrete DDR4 memory (On board) chip ?

please provide suggested part number for the DDR4 memory and reference designs if any?

we are planning to implement on board memories rather than SODIMM, Kindly advise.

In reference to your request for us to provide any reference part numbers and designs for discrete DDR4 memory onboard chip, we just wanted to let you know that Intel® does not manufacture motherboards or DDR4 memory RAM modules, so the best thing to do in this case will be to get in contact directly with any of the boards and memory RAM manufacturers for them to provide the most accurate response and all the details regarding the information you are looking for.
