i dont know if there is any unique code for every processor chip to differentiate it form the others , if its there then how to recognise it ?

if you buy a new Intel Prozessor - for example a Xeon - you can find the Unique Serial Number n the Package. But even in the case you get a Tray CPU without a Box and those Information, you find the Serialnumber in the right buttom of the CPU.
