Is there anyway i can underclock my i5 3380M ?

Is there anyway i can underclock my i5 3380M ? because my cpu fan is not working always, sometimes it turns on for 10-30 minutes and i want to underclock it because it get's temp's of 110 C !is there anyway i can underclock it ?my cpu fan error code is 2000-0511 Validation 117091.

You need:

  • an adequate fan
  • a clean heatsink
  • proper ventilation
