Just bought an i7 9700 f installed and runs at high temps

As title says, using stock cooler while playing call of duty warzone I get 100%cpu usage and a temp of 80-90. 90 being the highest I seen before I decided to quit the game. I have three intake fans and 1 exhaust fan at the rear pre installed in matrexx 50 case

According to Intel's guidance, seeing temperatures as high at 90c while running intense games is considered perfectly normal.

I plan on installing an aftermarket cooler to try and prevent this
