Hello,
Different processors of the Intel Core lineup seem to feature differently organized L2/L3 caches. Are the replacement policies used in, e.g., the Core 2 Duo, Core i7, documented somewhere?
With best regards,
Jan Reineke

I am sorry but my question has nothing to do with the warranty.

I´m sorry for the inconvenience but we misunderstood your question.
The L2$ cache replacement policy is pseudo LRU.

Thank you! Just to make sure: The document refers to the SCC, but your answer also applies to other Intel processors?
