1.I have taken muchcare while searching online and gathering accurate information about the latest windows 10 updates for v1803 edition

2.Before downloading files, temporarily disable windows defender or any their third party antivirus products

3.Make sure you connected with constant hgh speed internet, minimum internet connectivity speed atleast 256KB per second

4.Close all running applications

5.Use internet download manager for downloading files , make sure its should have feature resuming files

6.once downloading completes means ,

try below methods

connect the internet , open cmd , run as admin

type below each commands in cmd and enter and wait to completes

Sfc /scannow

Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore

if result is displayed Component Store Cleanup Recommended : Yes , then enter the command

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

restart the computer
