Hello , today I realized that my battery decided to not charge anymore , it goes to 100 then disconnects , I disconnected the battery from the motherboard , but now my cpu won't boost , it stays at 2.5GHz , I have a 7300hq , what can I do?

Who knows... I have seen many issues regarding batteries and how they are integreated. Your laptop would not happen to be a lenovo, would it?
Regardless, check with the laptop manufacturer. You may also want to make sure your bios is updated.

I've tried everything they said and the battery is doing the same thing , my problem is with the intel turbo , my cpu don't boost anymore .

I haven't tried it , I tried what they said to reset the battery to recalibrate it , I am going to try a new battery.
