Hello odzx,
Thank you for posting in the community, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Upon reviewing our records, I found a related case concerning your post. It appears that the person handling your web ticket validated the Batch number and Serial number (ATPO), and determined that it is a tray processor sold by resellers or system manufacturers, which is not covered under Intel's warranty.
For issues like this, it is best to contact the reseller or system manufacturer of the tray processor. Please note that Intel's warranty terms have not changed. You can find Intel’s warranty policy for both boxed and tray processors here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024255/processors.html
For more information, you can also check the following articles:

Furthermore, if you would like to verify the warranty status and coverage of your processor, please click on this link: https://supporttickets.intel.com/s/warrantyinfo?language=en_US
I will close this inquiry now. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Norman S.

I think it is clearly stated on Intel's warranty terms and conditions that tray processors warranty are up to the retailer or resellers. Unless you are not reading and just blaming the customer support for rejecting your warranty. Then try to learn reading properly before posting this kind of thing in the community. Also, you could have just not include the most censored part which is the name of the customer support technician. Grow up bro geez.
