That processor is released:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/191044/intel-core-i9-9900t-processor-16m-cache-up-to-4-40-ghz.html

Since this seller ships from Hong Kong, you may be able to get them to ship to you:

https://www.newegg.com/p/2MN-0004-00826?Description=i9-9900T&cm_re=i9-9900T-_-9SIA4REC283400-_-Product&quicklink=true

However, I do not like the sellers price.

Now, before you do anything, have you checked with your motherboard/system manufacturer to make certain THEIR bios supports this processor?

The price is ridiculous, I agreed .. I think the market is just for Brand retail's system builders .. seems I cannot find any stock in market ..except ES version (china) which is lower frequency chipset on Ebay.

I got HP Pro Desk mini .. Intel 360 mobo and support 35w cpu chipset, I can see 9900T is on supported cpu list.

Hello Sthaus,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We understand that you need to get a replacement processor for your system; however, you need to bear in mind that in order to change and successfully integrate a processor into a system that came originally with another processor, the first thing that you need to do is to get in touch with the manufacturer of the system, in this case, HP and verify with them if the change is not only possible but reliable, because usually original systems such as yours are not meant to be upgraded once they come out of the factory.

It is worth mentioning that whether you are looking for a processor for a system like yours or any other system the only two ways we recommend getting a CPU from are with either one of our authorized distributors or with one of our authorized resellers, in the link below you find their information; however, in order for you to get any help integrating the new processor into your system, we will highly recommend getting in touch with HP’s support directly.

How do I Contact an Intel® Authorized Distributor, Supplier, or Reseller?
