Looking for more access with in Partner Alliance section

I am an authorized Intel Legacy and Endow Life Support Supplier at Converge.

Divestiture (intel.com)

Not only is Converge an authorized Intel reseller of EOL processors but we are also owned by Arrow Electronics who is an Intel Authorized Reseller.  I would like to have access to Intel Processor price sheets and also Intel guides on processors such as Visual Attributes Guideline on Intel Flip Chip Component Rev 9.  This is an older version from 2017 and would like to have the newest guideline available so that I can have as a reference when receiving cpus from Intel that are sold to our customers.  Sadly it seems impossible to be able to speak to a person on the phone.  Is there anyway I can get a higher tier within the Partner Alliance section that will grant me access to the documents I am in need of?

Thank you for your time.

Best,

Matthew

Hello Matthew888, I just received an update on this matter.

In this case, we would like to let you know that for partners, for sales and pricing inquiries, they should contact Intel® Authorized Distributors:

For more information about the Benefits of Intel® Partner Alliance Program, please verify the following information:

Hello, Thank you for the reply.  I feel that you are missing my point.  I am contractually licensed to distribute Intel's mature semiconductor devices to provide legacy and end of life product support.

As licensed supplier pricing and processor information is most important to have as a guide and without higher accessibility I am not able to obtain information that should be readily available to me.

A visual FC_LGA processor guideline would be most helpful to my organization.  I recently sold Intel processors that had a small chip out on the PCB board for example.  It would be beneficial to us to know what is the max size of a chip out that is acceptable.  is it 2mn, 4mn or 6mn?  I have received FCBGA processors that are slightly warped and I dont know to what degree is acceptable and what is not.

Having access to Disti Price sheets is important to ensure we receive top dollar for the Intel parts we are selling and will help prevent inventory that could be under sold.

I would really like to speak with an Intel Rep to help.  Would that be possible?

Best

Matthew
