Looking for schematic/drawing of the LGA2011-3 socket physical dimensions for making a 3d print mask

Hi,

Are there any drawings of the E5-2600 V4 family's LGA2011-3 socket publicly available?

I am looking for the physical dimensions, so I can 3d print a thermal paste mask.

If anyone has done this already and would be happy to share the .stl files with me I would be  eternally grateful.

Cheers

M
