Thank you for posting on the Intel ® communities.
First I would like to mention that Intel ® 7th and 8th generation support only Windows 10*. Whether it supports 32-bit or not would depend on the manufacturer of the motherboard, they may have drivers for 32-bit systems. From Intel's side you can find drivers but only for 64-bit.
Personally, I have used 32-bit systems while having a 64-bit Windows 10 installation by using virtualization to use the needed 32-bit operating system, that is just an idea of what you could do in case you needed 32-bit system.
