Low temp set for i7 8750h - It's a danger set?

Hello everyone. I have this model CPU and have problem, like everyone who bought this CPU. Hight temp in gemo orprox 94C. I set in Intel Extreme Tunning utility options "Turboboost power max on 20 watt". Now in game I have same fps when have 45 WATT but temp what i have are max 70 C. I think this is the best Solutions for high temp to this CPU but i don,t now, did this set is save for this cpu.
