By any chance you have copy of MDDS for MM# 947208 (CM8066201920600S R2L8)?  MDDS site do not have this info.

After looking for the information for this product we found no documents available because it has been discontinued. Intel® does not provide MDDS information for retired products as they are no longer being manufactured.

You can get the specifications and verify this product's discontinuance status at the Intel® Product Specifications website > Product Status > "Discontinued". https://ark.intel.com/
