Manageability Engine (ME) core i5

Hi,

my new laptop is based on Core i5 - 2450M processor (Sandy Bridge).

In the processor family datasheet http://www.intel.com/content/dam/doc/datasheet/2nd-gen-core-family-mobile-vol-2-datasheet.pdf http://www.intel.com/content/dam/doc/datasheet/2nd-gen-core-family-mobile-vol-2-datasheet.pdf

there exist references to Manageability Engine (ME) (for instance to MESEG and MEMASK registers) but I do not see them in "PCI Device 0 Function 0 Configuration Space" section (2.5)

Are they missing or are not supported on this processor family ?

Regards

This processor Intel Core i5 - 2450M does not support Intel vPro technology, this technology is required in order to support Intel Manageability Engine, so this feature will not work on your laptop system.

Please check this link to find the features of the processor:
