Hi,
my new laptop is based on Core i5 - 2450M processor (Sandy Bridge).
In the processor family datasheet http://www.intel.com/content/dam/doc/datasheet/2nd-gen-core-family-mobile-vol-2-datasheet.pdf http://www.intel.com/content/dam/doc/datasheet/2nd-gen-core-family-mobile-vol-2-datasheet.pdf
there exist references to Manageability Engine (ME) (for instance to MESEG and MEMASK registers) but I do not see them in "PCI Device 0 Function 0 Configuration Space" section (2.5)
Are they missing or are not supported on this processor family ?

This processor Intel Core i5 - 2450M does not support Intel vPro technology, this technology is required in order to support Intel Manageability Engine, so this feature will not work on your laptop system.
