1-Are you requesting this information on behalf of a company? If yes, please provide as many details as possible about the company that you work for.

2-Can you please let us know why you need this information? Is it for some sort of a project or for something else? Please provide as many details as possible.
Our company work with the defense programs and before we select any part in our design, as per government requirement, we need to find out what is the termination finish plating material is. If it is pure Tin, we have whisker growth issue. if we have gold plating, we have embrittlement issue. and we need to mitigate issue.
This is the reason we need to know the material used in termination finish.
I hope I answer all the question.
Thank you very much for your support.
Mukesh
