Thank you so much for the information. But I am looking for the Material used in termination finish. Is it Sn(Tin), Gold(Au) or SAC? what is underplating material?

2-Can you please let us know why you need this information? Is it for some sort of a project or for something else? Please provide as many details as possible.

 

Our company work with the defense programs and before we select any part in our design, as per government requirement, we need to find out what is the termination finish plating material is. If it is pure Tin, we have whisker growth issue. if we have gold plating, we have embrittlement issue. and we need to mitigate issue.

This is the reason we need to know the material used in termination finish.

Additionally, your second option will be to get in touch with your supplier and request the information needed by asking them to get a field application engineer (FAE) assigned to your company, once the contract has been done the engineer can get in touch with us to obtain the information needed.
