Hi..
I can´t seem to find the "max recomended" and absolute max voltage (to stay in the safe zone), for the Core i7, 920.
If any of you have an idea, let me/us know
Thanks, MAG!

Hi,
According to Intels Spec Finder the Vid Voltage range is
.80V-1.375V
I'm sure people have pushed them further, if it were me i would stay with in that range.
If you want even more detaid information about it, you would need to look in the datasheets and tech documents for the CPU.
You can find them here:http://www.intel.com/design/corei7/documentation.htm
Hope this helps.

Hi Cpt.Dogfruit, and thanks for your reply.
I will try to read/search in those data´s you refer to, as soon as i get some "PC-time" this weekend.
If i find some correct or usefull values, i will let you know. (until then, let´s just go with the 1.375 v. ;-)
Thanks again (-and Intel, for making the i920 ;-)
MAG!

1.55v is maximum but I wouldn't exceed the 1.375 max VID as has been stated.
