Mei/txei driver and chipset issiues

Hi,

My laptops motherboard changeces chipset(North Bridge Chipsets) then i ve got some issues my laptop cant work 30 40 min after motherboard close it self droping voltage . I ve got a solition :

-Bios uptade (i did but its not work)

-mei/txei driver uptade(i cant uptade driver)

-screenshot_1 shows mei/txei drivers missing

screenshot_2 shows trying to install but i didnt understand this error

and my intel drivers all installed exept mei so i need help to install mei driver
