I have a computer running Win 10 64-bit version 1709 with an i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70 GHZ, 100MHZ system bus, 4 MB L3 Cache, 4 threads & 2 cores.
What tool can I download and run to see if I have a vulnerability to Meltdown and/or Sceptre?
If the tool shows a vulnerability, what should I download and run to fix it?

Saulchik: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Processors communities. We will do our best to try to provide the information you are looking for.
In regard to your inquiry, there is no tool to detect if the processor is vulnerable to Meltdown and Spectre, and a full list of Intel products impacted by this issue, along with other important details can be found here:

Along with other companies whose platforms are impacted, Intel has worked with operating system vendors, equipment manufacturers, and other ecosystem partners to develop software and firmware updates that can protect computers from these methods.
Any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
