Mi PC se congela y no puede arrancar cuando instalo los drivers gráficos de un i3 3240

Ayuda por favor, tengo un i3 3240
y desde hace unos días tengo un problema

al instalar los drivers de los gráficos integrados, la PC se congela y en la pantalla salen pixeles de todos colores y de ahí ya no se puede iniciar, instalé drivers oficiales, y versiones anteriores, probé diferentes sistemas operativos y nada

tampoco tengo tarjeta gráfica dedicada
