Missing datasheets for specific Intel Atom and Core family processor models

I'm looking for datasheets and specification update documents of the following specific Atom and Core processors:

• Goldmont: Atom T5000 series
• Silvermont: Atom x3 series, Pentium A1020 processor, Atom Z3400 series, and Atom Z3500 series
• Airmont: Atom x3 series
• Saltwell: Atom Z2x00 series
• Cannon Lake: Core i3-8121U

This is a continuation of an earlier post, which is still pending. Note that there is no overlap in the processors mentioned in this post and the earlier one.

I would like to let you know that for the Core i3-8121U CPU, the Datasheet is available under the Technical Resources: Intel® Core™ Processors, scroll down to the 9th/8th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Family, open the Mobile dropdown menu, under "This document applies on Intel® Core™ processors, Pentium® processor, and Celeron® processor with U platform, examples: i7-8xxxU, i5-8xxxU, i3-8xxxU":

Intel® does not have these datasheets for Intel® Atom and Pentium processors available on the Technical Resources: Intel® Core™ Processors mentioned above. For these missing datasheets you should consult with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the system. Alternatively, you can sign-up for Intel Resource And Design center, but you may need Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (CNDA) to access most of the content.

The datasheets you linked to only mention that they apply to Whiskey Lake processors, so I wasn't sure that they also apply to Cannon Lake, but your reply confirms that this is actually the case.

Please also don't forget about my earlier related post, which has not been fully answered yet.
