The main thing slowing down the performance of my laptop is when I have multiple internet browser tabs open simultaneously. I know there are better ways to manage this. But aside from that, would it help to get a laptop with more cores, like a quad-core i7? What about a lower-lever quad-core AMD? What else helps for this - larger cache, RAM, hyperthreading, clackspeed? Thanks.

Hello My-B,
Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
In fact, what you mention (more cores, more cache, RAM, etc.) helps the system to run faster or to perform better.
You can check the following for further information:

I hope this information helps.
