Hi all,
I flew in to help build a workstation for my mother's photography business. She ordered a Z370 motherboard that supports 8th and 9th gen intel processors. Apparently, the motherboard came in with an older firmware so I am unable to update the motherboard to support the 9th gen. Someone suggested to me to contact Intel for a loaner, so I am wondering if anyone here is able to help me with this?

I see that the Intel support is closed for the weekend, thus I am posting here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sometimes local repair shops can help you with this. Intel definitely doesn't have a service for handing this kind of thing. It is the responsibility of the motherboard vendor to handle issues like this (it's their BIOS, after all).
Sorry,
