Motherboard compatibility - i3-7100 BOX version

Hi, everyone! 
A quick reply appreciated! 
I need to find out whether all below listed components are going to be compatible with 

Intel Core i3-7100 Kaby Lake-S, 2C/4T, 3900MHz 3Mb TDP-51W Socket1151 BOX 

I searched and looked up some info about it, but yet couldn't be 100% sure them all are a perfect fit to each other and if will be working fine without redoing any settings within either this motherboard or  the processor (i3-7100)
Components are as follow:

2. https://www.hyperxgaming.com/en/memory/predator-ddr4 (am kind of not sure, cos it says its form-factor UDIMM...)

If not, please give me some advice what processor (not more expensive than that one above) and memory will perfectly fit in with ASRock motherboard.

Your asus webpage says the i3-7100 is compatible:

These are questions you should be asking asrock.  I have looked up the CPU for you.  You can ask asrock about the memory.
