My mouse jumping erratically when using it after random unspecific intervals.
i want to understand what the problem is.
previously i have been using the same mouse on older motherboard and cpu i3 4130, and it was fine.
infact, even on this new pc, its fine when using graphics card. but now that i have switched to integrated graphics this is an issue.
is this a known issue?
are there any solutions?

1. What is the model of the mouse?
2. Do you know if this issue is recent? When did it start?
3. Did you try a different mouse in the problematic system?
4. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
5. What is the BIOS version installed?

Hi, my issue has been resolved atleast for now. the intel support asked me to contact the motherboard manufacturer, with a provided link, and i contacted them, where they gave me the instructions to set the mother boards settings to default. some how, they were not on default out of the box. but after doing that, the issue was resolved.

Thanks for the confirmation. I am glad to know that your mouse is working now after you set the BIOS setting to default. I will proceed to close this thread.
