Dear Intel Support,

for Oracle licensing purposes, could you please tell me if the E5-2697 v4 processor is a Multi-Chip-Module (MCM) or not?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Nicole4711,

Thank you for waiting for our updates.

In regard to your question, the Xeon E5 v4 processors are single chip or die processors and thus not Multi-Chip Modules (MCMs).

Please let us know if you need further assistance or if we can close this thread.
