My pc for the last day has been crashing while playing games like Fortnite and Ark Survival Ascended. Getting error codes like "Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource."  Been troubleshooting and reading forums to figure out the issue and I believe it the processor creating the problem.

Cinebench won't go thru a multi-core test without crashing in the first couple of seconds.

Using the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64Bit the pc keeps crashing (blue screen - clock_watchdog_timeout) during CPULoad test and has now recently failed the floating point test.

Reinstalled Windows and issues persist.

From Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64Bit:

IPDT64 Failed

Edit 1: Cinebench needs to be launched 3 to 4 times before it will successfully run and allow you to start tests.

One question,
Have you tried loading the defaults in your BIOS? this would be to remove any possible setting that could be affecting the system, like Over Clocking or any other setting at BIOS level.
