Have you tried a new power supply?

Have you checked you cooling system and cleaned your heat sink?

Yea, I agree with Al. This feels like it is either a configuration issue or a hardware problem. First, check the configuration of the fan speed control in BIOS Setup to make sure that the configuration is valid. If it is, then you need to look into whether there is a hardware issue with the cooling solution.
