My CPU is INTEL CORE i5 7400 and want to use linux debian. My OS is Win 10 64 bit. Which architecture do i download: i386 (32 bit) or amd64? Thank you.

I am not a linux person, but I would assume you would want to run 64-bit linux. So download amd64.

Definitely 64-bit. It's much more efficient, not to mention that most Linux distributions are dropping support for 32-bit.
