Hi,
I have an Intel Core i5 4570 @ 3,20GHz, it reaches 100°C in normal charge.
Is it normal? What can i do?

Clean the fan and heatsink on the processor.
Re-apply the thermal paste.
Make sure all case fans are working.
Make sure nothing is blocking the air intake and exhaust.
