My CPU temp(s).

Greetings.

I recently built my PC and installed a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83GHz processor. I have been using Speedfan to moniter my temps and it always says that they are in the low 40's in idle and 50's under stress (In Crysis and other games). However, the official Nvidia temp moniter program says my cpu is always around 55 - 60 and sometimes up to 65 Which program should I be relying on and are any of the temps bad? I've heard high temps can reduce the lifespan of a cpu, am I in that range? I'm using the stock heatsink and the thermal pads that came with it.
