Hello -
My HP machines with an Intel TPM is running firmware version 403.1.0.0. is failing to provision and unable to attest due to a missing EK certificate - how do I fix this issue?

Greetings.
Kindly make sure the latest OS updates are installed, and try a fresh OS install. TPM is a service running on OS. Make sure TPM is enabled. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enable-tpm-2-0-on-your-pc-1fd5a332-360d-4f46-a1e7-ae6b0c90645c
