The i7 processor of my NUC has temperatures between 70º to 95º, I have already done a complete overhaul, we changed the cooler too, but the temperature does not go down.

No support for BRIX is offered here.
Nevertheless and in short form:
As far as I know, the i7-5500u is allowed to reach temperatures of 105°C for a short time. From your screenshot I can see a maximum temperature of 95 °C.
I wouldn't panic.
I don't know how loud a BRIX gets at these temperatures,
but the fan of a NUC would speed up dramatically and you are almost inclined to screw the NUC down so that it doesn't take off.
