Try this process:
- Download latest driver packages for WiFi and Bluetooth from https://downloadcenter.intel.com.
- Very important (but temporary): Disconnect PC from internet (unplug Ethernet cable or disable WiFi router).
- From the Apps and Features Settings scene, completely uninstall the current WiFi and Bluetooth driver packages.
- Install Bluetooth driver package.
- Install WiFi driver package.
- If no yellow bangs on these devices in Device Manager, reconnect PC to internet and test.
