My computer turn off while im playing a game (gta 5, csgo)

When my processor intel i5 6500 reaches 100% my computer turn off inmediately.

i need a solution because is very frustrating.

Clean your heat sink.

Make sure all fans are working.

Re-apply the thermal paste.

Provide adequate ventilation.

Provide an adequate cooling system.
