My i7 3770 boxed proccessor label has "95W" instead of 77W, is it a typo?

I just bought the i7-3770 processor from Microcenter and as you can see it states 95W, instead of 77W.

I haven't installed the processor yet. Is it something I should be worried about or it it just a typo?
