My i9-10900K CPU Missing 10 threads

Hello Madam/Sir,

 It seems My i9-10900K CPU Missing 10 threads after I set something to Nvidia geforce gtx 1660(try to enable GPU computing...), I remember it was 20. Cores could set to 20 before, now it could only 10. Would you please advice if I could restore to 20 cores. Thanks in advance.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  

1. Have you tried to load to default settings the Nvidia control panel?

2. Have you tried to load the BIOS to default settings?

3. Have you tried a clean installation of the operating system?
