My intel core i3 i3-6100 dual core 3.7 Ghz. Lga 1151 died and i dont know if its still possible to revive it some way.

Short story: ​I was using my computer and then it suddenly died due to overheating(stock fan), i thought the automatic shutdown would save it but after turning it on it just beeps 5 times then shutdown. My mobo is ami bios, gigabyte.

I alrea​dy bought a new mobo. According to this its cpu that has a problem and my psu is still new bought this just last year brand is corsair 1200w

Why did you purchase a new "mobo"? And, power supplies, regardless of the wattage, can easily go bad.

 

Try a different power supply.

I bought a new one because i saw multiple bent pins on the socket. Its 50/50 at that point. I dont have extra computer lying around to test which part is still okay. My psu is gold rated worth at least $240

If you had multiple bent pins on the socket, then who knows what happened to the processor. If it is not working now, do not mess with it lest you cause damage to your new motherboard.
