My intel i5 370k is always running at 100c

I don't know what to do its always running at 100c even if i am not doing anything on my pc i need help what should i do​

Please verify your processor number.

 

In the meantime, have you cleaned your heatsink, checked your fans, and made certain you have proper ventilation? Have you replaced the thermal paste?

My processor is i5 3570 and yes i jave checked my fans they are running properly and cleaned my heatsink and even reapplied thermal paste But i am confused what to do.i just turn on my pc and suddenly tempetures are too high.
