Dear concerned,
I hope you are doing well. I have newly build my pc to use as workstation and gaming. But recently I tried to run some simulation and it gets failed and suddenly pc get restart. I tried several times and it keeps happening. Then from the previous inquiries in the forum, I tried the methods to run intel diagnostic tools but it failed first time in prime number first and after restarting failed in math again. Could you please provide the support for this issue.
I have provide all the necessary information with intel system support utility tool naming the text file "check1"
Thank you !
Sincerely,
Akil

Hello akil, you can check the resolution indicated on these links, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000094564/processors.html/ and this one, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000028063/processors/intel-core-processors.html. If you have done the steps suggested, you can respond to this thread with the make and model of your cooling solution just to verify if it is compatible with the processor you have.

Hi Yuki,
Thank you for your kind suggestions. If you can see the "check1" file; you can find that i updated the latest bios and everything is up to date. Secondly cooling is not the issue because in intel xtu I tried with the cpu load 150W and it fails without showing any sign of cpu throttling. The max cpu core temperature was 55C while running on 150W stress test. By the way I monitor my temperature with hardware info software.
Thank you !
Sincerely,
Akil

I have the same problem as you.
But, the only action I've taken is ensuring the turbo feature in the BIOS remains enabled and also, I'm dealing with a lack of sufficient memory. I followed the guidelines here to resolve issues for the prime number test module when running the IPDT.
Cheers,

Hi !
Many thanks for your reply. I turned off the Msi game boost feature in the bios which is default by the way for unlock processor. But still that problem persist. Then I took my rig to for diagnosis. After disabling Msi game boost with full intel default bios that problem persists. The tech guy in there is super nice. They ensure me that they will check psu, cooler, ram, processor, motherboard chronologically. Now I'm waiting for their results. By the way Jaytwocents published a great video about that yesterday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s43Auv8ub7w&t=600s
Thank you !

Hello Akil I'm glad to know that. We'll await the outcomes. After viewing the YouTube video, I noticed a significant difference in temperatures.
Thank you.
