It is likely a failure of your motherboard. Download and run this:

Even if the processor is bad, your only option is to replace it, as the processor is not supported and discontinued.

Ok, so what do you want? The processor is discontinued, not supported, and out of warranty, and more than seven years old.
Get another processor that does work.
