My question is why do I received this error when trying to play some of the online game I downloaded. These are 2 errors I received. while 2nd one is the most likely.

You have an E8400 processor, from 2008.

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/33910/intel-core-2-duo-processor-e8400-6m-cache-3-00-ghz-1333-mhz-fsb.html

The tool is designed for the Core processor family. Just disable "Stop on Error" and all will be ok.

By the way, you are in the wrong forum. You do not have a NUC.

You have the Q35 Express chipset for graphics from 2007. It only supports directx 10, and opengl 2.0.

You can find the latest drivers (from 2009) here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81513/Graphics-Drivers-for-Intel-Q35-Express-Chipset

Check the requirements of your game(s).
